PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the distortion of a voltage waveform caused by resonance even if a load connected to a power supply circuit is heavy. SOLUTION: An inductance L1 is connected to the input side of a push-pull circuit part PC consisting of the primary winding N1 of a transformer T and a resonance capacitor C1 connected in parallel to the primary winding N1 so as to have the push-pull circuit part PC connected in series to an external power supply and, further, a capacitive impedance circuit ZC1 consisting of a capacitor C2 is connected to the input side of the push-pull circuit part PC. |
