PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing brush tip for obtaining a writing brush having a good water retention property and writability. SOLUTION: The writing brush tip 10 comprises many writing brush hairs 12. The hairs 12 are welded to each other so that a base end become a ring-like collar 14 and the other end is formed in a tapered state to be converged toward the tip. Ends of water retaining threads 18 for upgrading water retention characteristics are adhered to a central hole 16 of the collar 14. The threads 18 are bundled to a cylindrical one from many hairs 20 having a crimp as a whole. The threads 18 are provided from a root part of the hairs 12 to an intermediate part in a longitudinal direction. |
