PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of a member such as a cover at the time of high temperature storage test or the like. SOLUTION: One operation side 25b is engaged with an engaging section of another operation side 25a until the first cover opening operation is carried out in an urging mechanism and a case with a cover using the urging mechanism. When a cover engagement release member 28 is slid, the engaged state of one operation side is released and also a hook 6 is released to push up and open the cover 2 by one operation side 25b. The urging force of a torsional coil spring 30a, therefore, is retained as it is until the first cover opening is carried out, and the cover 2 is not required to push down at the time of, for instance, the high temperature storage test or the like, the urging force is not applied to the cover so as not to deform the cover. |
