<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a staircase where a continuous handrail of the staircase can be easily and inexpensively formed. SOLUTION: A handrail member has a plate-shaped bending direction control member 21 bendable in a fixed direction; a rubber layer 22 provided in a cylinder-shape around the bending direction control member 21; and a covering layer 23 covered on the rubber layer 22, and the bending direction control member 21 is severally equipped with a protrusive connecting section 21a at both the ends of the rubber layer 22. The connecting section 21a is connected in a state where it is bent in the bending direction of the bending direction control member 21.</p> |
