The operator places the objects into holders (6) as they pass on a continuous conveyor belt (3). The underside of each holder is sealed by a hinged flap (12). As each holder reaches the packing position (8), a mechanism hinges the flap away. The objects are prevented from falling out by the support and guide plate (17), until it reaches a hole in the plate where it falls into the packing box or bag.
