SUBSTANCE: system has information panel receiving messages over selective-call network and provided with display panel, selective-call receiver, and facility for converting selective-call message arriving at radio receiver to form enabling its display on panel; it also has central terminal of selective-call radio network, selective-call transmitter, central station for receiving messages from users, facility for entering these messages in central terminal of selective-call network, facility for detecting identification number of residence zone of moving object mounting the information panel.
