FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: draining channel of washing liquid is located inside supplying channel and has head in the form of funnel with holes on side surface. Draining channel accommodates main clamp with spring-loaded bushing and button. Antiseptic preparation abrasive material is supplied to wound surface through channel which is fastened helical-wise to body outer surface. As a result, efficiency of treatment of purulent wounds by additional necroectomy and withdrawal of foreign bodies is increased. The result is attained by use of abrasive composite material including crystals of drugs, for instance, xymelin. EFFECT: higher efficiency in wound treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
