SUBSTANCE: aircraft power plant with additional gas-turbine engine for air starting system and ventilation and air-conditioning system of cabin and/or compartment is intended for starting at least one main propulsion engine in holding mode. Power plant is provided with additional air turbine mechanically linked with shaft of additional gas-turbine engine and connected with air starting system by means of pipe line fitted with two-position valve and throttling device mounted between this valve and additional air turbine made in form of radial wheel with impulse blades and radial nozzle assembly. EFFECT: saving of fuel by 25 to 30%; increased service life of power plant; enhanced service characteristics. 2 cl, 1 dwg
