RESISTANCE WELDING DIAGNOSTIC METHOD

摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; spot and projection resistance welding of metals and alloys. SUBSTANCE: infrared radiation of heat traces of welded joint from near-electrode area of welded part surface is optically formed. Electrical conversion of radiation is provided by thermosensor with spot sensing surface. Thermal action of infrared radiation onto objects under investigation is formed. Condition of equipment is judged by signals from thermosensor and characteristics of weld are determined. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of diagnostic procedure. 3 cl, 8 dwg, 1 tbl
