FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: disc billet is held rigidly over contour and deformed to form recess in it. Second billet in which hole with diameter Do is drilled is used in addition. Lubricant is applied to surface of contact of punch and billet with hole. Two billets superimposed one on another are deformed simultaneously. Diameter Dk of hole flanged with deformation in second billet is found. Efficiency of lubricant depends on the ratio Dk/Do.
