FIELD: materials for cementation and methods of molding of solid substance mass with use of material for cementation as initial raw material. SUBSTANCE: material for cementation with self-dispersion in contact with water of some liquid or pulp hardens into solid mass after the dispersion. This material is composition in the form of mixture of the following components: component A is cementing ingredient making up from 10 to 25 % of composition weight; component B is ingredient promoting the development of decomposition mechanism and comprising from 2 to 75% of composition weight; component C is ingredient promoting swelling and amounting to 50% of composition weight; component D is binding ingredient making up from 0.1 to 10% of composition weight. In molding of solid substance mass, use is made of the material fro cementation which is introduced into liquid or pulp in the form of tablets. Use of the invention provides for production of material and devising of method of use of the material for encapsulation of harmful substances into containers without need of capsulants with pulp formation or with formation of separate pulp of capsulant.
