<p>FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: in title composition containing paper fibers and antiseptics, said paper fibers are constituted by waste paper and chipboard, 71.0-69.9%; and boric acid, 3.5-3.85%, fulfills antibiotic function. Composition additionally contains filler, 5.0-7.0%: wood sawdust or chaff of flax, hemp, jute, chopped cotton, rice straw, or cane, or their 1:0.5 to 1.1.5 mixtures, and also gypsum semihydrate (20=19.25%). Waste paper and chipboard are preliminarily broken down into elementary filaments 2-3 mm long, mixed with boric acid, agitated for 3-10 s, combined with filler and agitated in mixer for 5-10 s until homogeneous paste is obtained.
