SUBSTANCE: composition contains hydroxy acids from 10 to 30 mas.%; at least one silicone with polyoxyalkyl substituents from 1 to 15 mas.%; at least one coemulsifier separated from complex alkyl ethers of polyole, simple alkyl ethers of polyole and simple alkyl ether with oxyalkyl substituents without C<SB>1</SB>-C<SB>4</SB>-alkanol from 0.1 to 6 mas. %. The composition is designed for local application for treatment or care of skin, nails, hair and/or skin covered with hair, in particular, for treatment and/or prophylaxis of xerosis, ichthyosis, actinic keratosis and/or photoinitiated skin ageing.
