PURPOSE:To keep mark-preservation and aesthetic appearance while the sufficient adhesion between the corrosion resistant coating layer of polyolefin resin and a coloring layer is held for long time by forming the polyolefin resin layer with adhesive property on the whole part or the upper layer of the corrosion resistant coating layer. CONSTITUTION:The surface to be coated of steel 1 is cleaned by shot blast, etc., and its substrate is treated by the chemical surface-treatment with chromic acid group or by forming an organic plymer-layer thereon. An adhesive polyolefin layer 3 is formed on said substrate-treating layer 2 so as to keep the adhesion with the corrosion resistant coating layer 4 of polyolefin resin. The frame spray coating layer 5 of polyolefin resin is formed on the corrosion resistant coating layer 4 of polyolefin resin. This is effective to keep uniform and stable adhesive strength between the corrosion resistant coating layer 4 of polyolefin resin and the coloring layer 7. An adhesive primary layer 6 keeps the stable adhesive strength of the frame spray coating layer 5 of polyolefin resin to the coloring layer 7. |
