The manual filler comprises a cylinder (1) with a beveled tip (2) for introduction in the cigarette tube (7). The cylinder comprises in the center of the upper part in the neutral fiber a notch (3) enabling the introduction of the tobacco in the cylinder store. A push rod (5) composed of a rod with a snout at one end (6) enables the tobacco contained in the cylinder store to be driven inside the cigarette tube.
