Solar absorber

摘要

The absorber has a completely smooth absorber surface formed from a one-piece sheet metal absorber plate (1) and pipes (2,3) fixed thereon for transporting the heat carrier medium. The connection between the absorber plate and pipes is provided by ultrasound welding. Independent claims are included for a method to make the absorber in which the absorber plate can be connected to the pipes by ultrasound welding by a sonotrode appropriate for the metal used and a device for fitting pipes to plates where plates of different size are fixed on productor carrier by suction heads.
