Emergency call arrangement with telephone

The arrangement has a transmitter and a receiver unit, a voltage supply unit, a microphone (3), a loudspeaker (4) and a colored or raised emergency call button (5). Operating the emergency call button causes connection to an available mobile network and enables communications with the selected emergency service via the microphone and loudspeaker. The arrangement has a charge state indicator. An Independent claim is also included for a telephone, esp. a cordless telephone.
