The paired healds (1,2), for a loom harness, have at least three spacers or shaped sections (3-5) to keep them apart. A shaped section (3,4) is formed at both the end eyelets near the openings (6-9) for the heald slide bar. The third shaped section (5) is located where the lower heald slide bar is to be held, and is offset from the shaped section (4) at the end eyelet (6,8) towards the heald center (13,14). The spacing shapes are formed by corrugations with one or more bucklings symmetrical to the heald plane, or the corrugations are in a sine curve shape moving partially in and partially out of the heald plane, with a total distance over the buckled points of 0.4-1.2 mm. The third shaping, near the lower end eyelet, is offset towards the heald center by a minimum of 10 mm and a maximum of 50 mm. Two shaped corrugations (3,4) are at the end eyelets of one heald (1), and the other shaped corrugation (5) is offset towards the center at the other heald (2). Or all the three corrugated spacing structures are fitted to one heald, and the other heald is flat and unstructured. Additional corrugations can be fitted along one or other of the paired healds.
