The control procedure for an adaptive electronic suspension control system involves detection of the travel speed by a detection signal output from a speed sensor, and detection of the steering angle by a detection signal output from a steering angle sensor. Other steps involve calculation of a nonlinear variable from the travel speed and steering angle. The nonlinear variable is determined to see if it is smaller than a certain value.
