Provided is a laminate of a phenolic resin foam which is reduced in oozing of the phenolic resin to the outside surface and in discoloration-induced spots on the laminate and is excellent in product quality and adhesion strength of the face material; a process for producing the laminate; and a construction method of the laminate. The present invention relates to a laminate comprising a phenolic resin foam and a nonwoven fabric of synthetic fibers bonded to one or both sides of the phenolic resin foam without using an adhesive layer. As the nonwoven fabric, that having a fiber fineness of 3 deniers or finer and a basis weight of 15 g/m2 or greater is employed.
