<p>An IC card processor in which no defective contact of the contactors with even a curved card occurs and the life of the contacts of the contactors are prolonged. When an IC card (1, 1') is fully inserted, the end of a second arm (42) of a swingable lever (40) is brought into contact with the upper surface of a contactor block (50), and restrains the center of movement of the contactor block (50) so that the center is made the fulcrum on the line generally perpendicular to one surface of the contactor block (50) and passing generally the center of the contactor group, or made the spindle perpendicular to the line. Therefore, the contact pressures of the contactors (51) of the contactor block (50) on the contacts of the IC card (1, 1') are almost uniform. Even if a curved card (1') is inserted, no contact defect occurs, no uneven contact wear occurs, and the life of the contacts is prolonged.</p> |
