<p>Pharmaceutical compositions containing an amylin agonist, for example 25, 28, 29 Pro-h-amylin (also known as pramlintide) and an insulin are provided. Also provided are methods for the preparation and use of such pharmaceutical compositions in the treatment of mammals, preferably humans, who use insulin to control blood glucose concentrations, particularly people with diabetes.</p> |
