<p>To mitigate symptoms such as eye's fatigue, stiffness of the shoulders, pain in the nape, pain in the waist, nausea and the like in a work using a computer, a word processor and the like. A chin resting portion (1) supporting the head is secured on to a desk or to a back of a chair by an arm portion (2) to lessen a load applied by a weight of the head to the neck and the backbone. The body arm portion (2) is adapted to turn back and forth and right and left to enable adjustment of a distance between it and the desk so that the chin resting portion (1) supporting the chin and the head does not interfere with movements of the neck and other parts of the body during work. Such turning can move the chin resting appliance to an end of the desk when not in use.</p> |
