The invention relates to a milling head with a basic body (10) and at least one cutting insert (150) clamped in the basic body by a clamping element, the position of which can be adjusted. The cutting insert (150) extends along a groove of the basic body (10). Adjusting elements (152, 160; 164 to 168) engaging with the cutting insert to adjust the latter are provided. The cutting insert is pivotally mounted for regulation purposes.
