Construction method for plastic transport pallet

Plastic sheets are preheated and deep drawn to produce upper (21) and lower (22) halves of a pallet floor. The two halves are joined to each other by welding, and a similar process is used to produce skids (13) which are then attached mechanically or by welding, to the floor. An Independent claim is also included for a plastic pallet consisting of a floor (12) with attached skids (13), both made of half-pressings (21,22,31,32) joined in respective junction planes (23,33), and reinforced with internal bracings (36), located in projections (37).
