Animal tissues of embryos, except for human are treated in the second third of their development with antiseptic biotechnology followed by lyophilization in such a manner that embryos are equally taken out of the envelope and after removal of extraembryonic fluids and yolk sac they are immediately frozen to at least minus 18 degC and lyophilized. Lyophilizate is then stored in dark and frozen to at least minus 18 degC, whereby water vapor condensation is prevented by air exhaustion. |
