<p>An electrical press-in component for solder-free connection with the plated-through holes of a circuit board (8), and including a plastics support which is equipped with a press-in contact arrangement for making electrical contact connections, in which the centre of gravity of the press-in component lies outside, in particular laterally displaced, relative to the press-in contact arrangement. At least one thrust-post (1) is provided on the plastics support laterally to the press-in contact arrangement, in which the joint is formed as a rupture point (9) completely around the thrust post (1) in the press-in direction (vertical to the circuit board (8)).
