PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel cell capable of efficiently draining water for wetting or cooling a fuel cell module from the fuel cell module. SOLUTION: Waster is supplied to a fuel cell module 18 for cooling or wetting the fuel cell module 18. A drain pipe 44 for constituting an independent drain system is arranged in bottom four corners of the fuel cell module 18, and non-consumed, remaining water dropped within the fuel cell module 18 by gravity or water produced is drained to the outside without being influenced through the other drain pipe 44. By having the water drop from a downstream opening of the drain pipe 44 to a main tank 20, effects from water pressure is avoided, the water within the drain pipe 44 is completely drained to the outside, and water will not be stored in the fuel cell module 18. |
