PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect each contacting part accurately when a contacting part of a valley portion of a metal corrugated plate and a metal flat plate, and a contacting part of the metal corrugated plate crest portion and the metal flat plate are welded, after the metal flat plate, and the metal corrugated plate are taken up by the take up shaft, by an irradiation laser of the first and the second laser welding means. SOLUTION: A contacting part of the valley portion of the metal corrugated plate 3 and the metal flat plate on the take up shaft 3 is detected by a position sensor 63. Then, the take up shaft 30 is rotated from this position by an angle β=α+θ (αis a chelicera of the laser irradiation direction lines L1 , L2 of the first, the second laser welding means 561 , 562 , and θ is a 1/2 angle of the rotating angle of the take up shaft 30 corresponding to two adjacent signal intervals output by the position sensor 63), and this point is made as a contacting part of the crest portion of the metal corrugated plate 3 and the metal flat plate so as to be judged by the weld control unit 64. |
