RECYCLING OF COATED SYNTHETIC RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a coating and a synthetic resin component by extremely lowering the adhesion strength of a coated synthetic resin molded article. SOLUTION: A coated synthetic resin molded article is heat-treated within a relatively short time without generating the deformation of the synthetic resin molded article and subsequently cooled to impart releasability to the coated molded article. Thereafter, a synthetic resin component is separated in good purity through a grinding process and a classifying process. By applying industrially simple high temp. heat treatment, the coating high in adhesion strength originally can be easily separated and recovered.
