<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-resistance type chip resistor in which variations and fluctuations of the resistance value are reduced. SOLUTION: A pair of surface electrodes 2 and 2, and of backside electrodes 3 and 3 are formed on the surface and the backside of an alumina substrate 1, respectively, through the use of an Ag-Pd containing glazed paste. A surface side low-resistance resistor 4 and a backside low-resistance resistor 5 are formed between the pair of surface electrode, 2 and 2, and between the pair of backside electrode, 3 and 3, respectively, through the use of the Ag-Pd containing glaze paste. The surface side low-resistance resistor 4 and the backside low-resistance resistor 5 are covered by two-layer structured overcoats 6-9. A pair of side surface electrode 10 and 10, are formed at both ends of the alumina substrate 1 with use of the Ag-Pd containing glaze paste, so as to mutually connect the surface electrodes 2 and the back side electrodes 3 that face opposite each other across the alumina substrate 1.</p> |
