PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking-supporting system capable of controlling cooking processes by use of various kinds of cooking process information based on practical cooking processes, outputting a suitable cooking process command for each time in response to the progress of the cooking, and efficiently controlling cooking equipment interlocked with the control of cooking processes in response to various menus. SOLUTION: When a selected menu is inputted from a selecting and inputting means 1 into a control means 6, the control means 6 reads out data corresponding to the selected menu from data memorized in a memorizing means 3, outputs process commands to a command output means 2, and, if necessary, outputs information for controlling cooking equipment to a cooking equipment control means 4. The control means 6 into which cooking process information corresponding the progress of the cooking is inputted from a cooking process information-inputting means 5 thereby monitors the progress of the cooking. When conditions for progressing to the next process is satisfied with the cooking process information, the control means takes out the cooking procedures of the next process, and, if necessary, outputs control signals for controlling the cooking equipment into a cooking equipment control means 4. |
