PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substrate in which defective parts in a metallic pattern formed on a glass substrate used for a liq. crystal display device and a mask for forming a semiconductor or the like are recovered, to provide a method for recovering a metallic pattern on the substrate and to provide a recovering device. SOLUTION: As a conductive material for amending a disconnected defective part 6, paste 1 composed of a metallic organic compd., particularly composed of a gold base organic compd., is used, and backing is executed, by which extremely thin metallic coating 1a low in electric resistance can be obtd. Moreover, by using a semiconductor laser as a heating device, only the disconnected defective part 6 can be heated, and furthermore, by providing a backing stage having perbacking and normal backing and a cooling stage as the profile of the heating, dense metallic thin coating 1a of high quality free from cracking can be obtd. |
