PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a vehicle, and prevent a spin from becoming excessive by applying braking force to a turning outer wheel according to a turning demand of a vehicle driver and a spin state of the vehicle at vehicle turning time by a control means. SOLUTION: A brake control means 18 applies braking to left/right rear wheels 10RL and 10RR by controlling brake oil pressure of hydraulic brake devices 40RL and 40RR arranged in the left/right rear wheels 10RL and 10RR by using brake oil adjusted to constant oil pressure by an accumulator 46 by being pumped out of a reservoir 44 by a pump 42. A spin of a vehicle is prevented by restraining the yaw moment applied to a car body by applying braking to the left rear wheel 10RL being a turning outer wheel when a steering wheel is turned in the rightward direction. To the contrary, when the spin is not caused, a turning characteristic can be improved by increasing the yaw moment acting on the car body according to a turning demand. |
