PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the labor and time for feeding medals to the feeding port of a slot machine by a player and to improve the working efficiency of the slot machine. SOLUTION: A medal discharge machine 21 is incorporated inside the machine body 12 of this medal lending machine 11 adjacent to the slot machine 1. A medal carrying guide 25 communicated to the medal discharge machine 21 is projectingly provided on the front surface of the machine body 12. The medal carrying guide 25 is provided with a medal discharge port connectable to the medal feeding port 5 of the slot machine 1 on the tip and the length can be adjusted.
