PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having excellent fluidity, high strengths, hydrolytic resistance, especially flexibility in a high-temperature treatment, useful for automobiles, circuit connection for electric and electronic devices, comprising a polyester composition prepared by adding a crystalline resin to a thermoplastic polyester. SOLUTION: This composition for a connector comprises a polyester composition obtained by adding (B) 0.05-30 pts.wt. of a crystalline resin to (A) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester (preferably polybutylene terephthalate). The composition provides preferably a connector having a thin partition wall structure of <=0.8 mm thickness and containing a thick part exceeding 0.8 mm thickness. Preferably the component A has 0.52-1.35 dL/g intrinsic viscosity. Preferably the component B has >=15×10<-6> equivalent/g hydroxy terminal group concentration and contains p-hydroxybenzoic acid residue and an ethylene dioxide unit. |
