PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject cosmetic that shows excellent dispersion and dispersion stability of the pigment and gives good sense of use and high sustainability by admixing inorganic colored pigment thereto. SOLUTION: An inorganic colored pigment selected from alumina-treated iron oxide [red color iron oxide (Bengal), yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide], black titanium oxide and sintered titanium-titanium oxide (preferably iron oxide, particularly reddish-brown iron oxide) is formulated to the composition in an amount of 0.01-30 wt.% based on the whole composition. The alumina may be selected from any substance of alumina hydrate, partially dehydrated product or anhydride and the amount of alumina to be treated to the inorganic colored pigment is 0.1-20 wt.%, particularly 3-7 wt.%. The alumina-treated inorganic colored pigment preferably has an average particle size of 1-5μm, particularly 0.1-0.5μm.
