PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in size a constant potential electrolytic gas sensor. SOLUTION: An operating electrode W, an opposite electrode C and a reference electrode R made of metal thin films are insulated from each other and formed on one gas diffused film 20. A packing 18 at a bottom in a cover 14 having an opening at a center of the bottom, the film 20 formed with an electrode on the packing 18 and a sheet 22 containing an electrolyte on the film 20 are sequentially disposed. The packing 18, the film 20 and the sheet 22 are fixed to the cover 14 via a pipe 24. A bushing 28 for preventing a slippage of the sheet 22 is disposed at an opposite side to the electrode side of the sheet 22. |
