PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thin-film solar cell, capable of effectively utilizing light at low cost, without the use of a high-temperature treatment. SOLUTION: In this method, a thin-film solar cell of a structure, in which a light-transmitting resin layer 6 having ruggedness 10 is formed on a light- transmitting insulating substrate 4 and, thereafter a transparent conductive film 7, an amorphous conductor layer 8 and a rear electrode layer 9 are lamination-formed sequentially on the layer 6, is manufactured. In this case, the transferred ruggedness formed surfaces of a shape transfer material 21 which is formed with transferred ruggedness 22 are made to abut on a light- transmitting resin film 20 to form the recesses and projections 10, and thereafter the film 20 is pasted on the substrate 4. |
