METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUPPORTING PLANT OPERATION IN UNSTEADY STATE AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operators so that they can easily grasp states of respective operations when a plant is in an unsteady state. SOLUTION: Intelligence bases 1 in a tabular form consisting of a series of operation items needed for operation management during an unsteady state of a plant and of end decision formulas for the operation are read in from the outside for each device, and are used to automatically generate an end decision programs 5 to determine that the devices are not in operation or in operation or have finished operation for each device from plant on-line data according to the end decision formulas determined by the above operation items. Further, operation item lists 6 wherein operation data and end time by the operation items during the unsteady state are recorded are generated by the devices, and while the plant is in operation, the end decision programs 5 are run to read the contents of the operation items lists and display them as a network diagram or the operation item lists 6 through a drawing processing and an output processing.
