PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operating efficiency of a traction machine through the control device of an induction motor for driving the traction machine. SOLUTION: A command value calculating circuit 31, a position pass detector 22, and command switching equipment 23 are added to a control device 20. When a floor-landing command signal which is outputted by the position pass detector 22 is issued, the speed of an induction motor 3 is controlled by a speed control value N2 * being outputted by the command value calculating circuit 31, and a raising and lowering which is fitted to a traction machine 4 is stopped at a desired stop point. |
