PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the most efficient machining route by planning a machining route for each part by a machining route planning means, calculating the required machining time in each machining route by a required machining time calculating means, and determining the machining route of the part by a machining route determining means. SOLUTION: A machining route planning part S1 detects to which route a workpiece to be inputted is passed on the basis of production instruction information F1, line structure information F5 and route information F6, and plans one or a plurality of machining routes. A required machining time calculating part S2 calculates a required machining time necessary for machining from the preparation time and machining time in each machining device on the basis of machining time information F2 and device preparation information F7, and calculates the total required time necessary for full machining. Further, a machining route and device calculating part S4 determines the route and machining device for actually performing the machining on the basis of part form information F3, device operation information F8, and the result calculated by the required machining time calculating part S2. |
