PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relatively reduce evaluation point differences among events by adding evaluation points of protective and preventive measures to evaluation points calculated from some or all of other environmental influence elements by regarding evaluation points of protective and preventive measures as negative evaluation points when environmental influence is given positive evaluation points. SOLUTION: When the total load item, as environmental influence, of the consumption of raw materials, materials, and fuel entered into a consumption entry field 3 and the storage amount of raw materials, materials, and fuel entered into a storage amount entry field 4 is given positive evaluation points, negative points as an evaluation of the protective and preventive measures entered into a protective and preventive measure evaluation point entry field 1 are added. The converted evaluation points are substituted in an expression determined in an environmental influence (load) evaluation program to calculate final evaluation points of environmental influence (load) at the place of business, thereby reflecting the generation probability of an environmental load item or an item called an environmental side on environmental influence (load) evaluation. |
