PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture various product by a simple process by laminating fabrics through the use of an adhesive containing far-infrared radiating matter. SOLUTION: The front surface of the front fabric 10 of a laminated fabric is waterproofed, dried and given waterproof wettability. This front fabric 10 is carried on its rear surface 10b by a conveyer 210 and an adhesive 30 is fed from a hopper 31 and applied by setting layer thickness to be d1 by a regulating blade 220. Next, the fabric 10 is dried through a drying room 230 to make a front fabric original fabric 10' to be wound. The surface of a rear fabric is similarly waterproofed and the rear surface of the rear fabric is provided with a rubber material containing a far-infrared radiating matter to form a rear fabric original fabric. The rubber material is obtained by containing 5 to 40 wt.% far-infrared radiating matter such as tourmaline to latex. Then the fabric 10' and the rear fabric original fabric are laminated. Thereby, a fabric with a far-infrared radiating function is simply manufactured with varaity without externally adding or mixing the far-infrared radiating matter into it. |
