MANUFACTURE OF LIQUID JET RECORDING HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liquid jet recording head in which recording liquid jetting efficiency is enhanced by equalizing the depth of a liquid channel at the outer circumferential part to that at the central part when the liquid channel is made by irradiating laser light through a laser mask. SOLUTION: When a liquid channel is made by irradiating laser light through a laser mask 1, an opening pattern for making the liquid channel is formed in the laser mask 3 by a laser light perfect permeating part 3 and a coating layer 4 permeating the laser light by 50%. Energy density of laser light machining the outer circumferential part of the liquid channel is set lower that of laser light machining the central part of the liquid channel by reducing the laser light by the coating layer 4. According to the method, the liquid channel can be machined by laser light without causing difference in the depth from place to place and jet efficiency can be enhanced by decreasing the recording liquid jetting resistance.
