PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable lift for nursing care so as to respect the self- reliance of the person who is cared. SOLUTION: Composition E of the lift consists of air cylinder 3 that is set at the wagon as it can freely turn around the core of pulley P that is attached to main body 30 of the cylinder, bellows actuators 3a and 3b that let the air cylinder turn by suction and exhaust of the air through wire W that is hanged from the pulley P and supporter E2 that mounts bellows type load detector 40 which can detect the load from the person to be lifted and is attached to the end of the am cylinder's output shaft or to its extended part so that it can turn around freely. If the composition E is in a state that it is movable by operation of operational part A, the air cylinder will round toward a described direction by expansion of bellows actuator as the bellows type load detector 40 detects the load that is smaller than its safety level. When the supporter is inclined against the horizontal level, the output shaft of the air cylinder is move back and forward in order to recover the horizontal state of the supporter. |
