PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a solid polymer fuel cell, capable of always operating in a stable output state by controlling the amount of moisture supplied to wet a solid polymer electrolyte film. SOLUTION: A moisture control means 62 for controlling the amount of moisture supplied to a fuel chamber 40 and/or an oxidizing agent chamber 42 from a moisture supply means 60 is arranged. The moisture supply means 60 increases or decreases the amount of moisture supplied to the fuel chamber 40 and/or the oxidizing agent chamber 42 or intermittently supplies the moisture, based on a control signal outputted from the moisture control means 62. |
