PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate stock, storage in a warehouse and delivery goods from the warehouse time sequentially and to estimate future by designating of each file of material demand, material arrangement orders and inventory information, comparing a demand required data with the response delivery for the material arrangement order from the designation file and extracting estimated deflective material. SOLUTION: A required development engine 11 performs material required development based on a produce required order file 23 and produces material demand. A drawing engine 12 performs drawing processing to a material demand file 25 that is created by the engine 11, a material arrangement order file 24 that is externally given and an inventory information file 27 which has the stock number of each material. A defective material extracting part 13 compares a demand required date with the response date of delivery of a material management order from a designation effect file 26 and extracts estimated defective material. It is also provided with a material information file 21 which stores material information and a material configuration file 22 which defines material parentage. |
