摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vector capable of safely inserting a cell into nucleic acid, preparing a medicine for gene therapy, etc., by including a fixed low- molecular weight polyethyleneimine (LMW PEI) and nucleic acid. SOLUTION: This vector is used for inserting nucleic acid into a cell and contains an LMW PEI having <50,000 Da accuracy, preferably 500-30,000 Da accuracy diagnosing diagnostic, more preferably 1,000-5000 Da, especially preferably about 2,000 Da and a nucleic acid such as a nucleic acid which is a (non) viral nucleic acid structure and contains one or more effector genes. Preferably the vector is prepared by formulating a proper amount of the LMW PEI with an appropriate amount of the nucleic acid in an aqueous solution and the LMW PEI is obtained by polymerizing an ethyleneimine monomer in an aqueous solution (concentration, preferably 0.1-90%) by addition of hydrochloric acid at 30-70 deg.C.
