PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a correct procedure inputting even if the next item to be inputted becomes unclear in the middle of inputting items by reading and displaying operation guidance information which corresponds to the next input item based on items which are already inputted when the next key input can not be detected even when a prescribed time that is previously set passes at the time of inputting. SOLUTION: A CPU 12 controls the entire facsimile equipment. A ROM 13 stores various software programs which carry out key inputs, display processing of operation guidance, etc. Operation memory 16 stores operation guidance that corresponds to each input item when plural items are inputted in a prescribed order by using plural kinds of input keys. An operational port 15 discriminates the next input item based on items that are already inputted, reads operation guidance information that corresponds to the next input item from the memory 16 and shows it when it does not detect the next key input even when a prescribed time that is previously set passes at the time of inputting. |
